Elizabeth Bartleson is a contractor employed by EG&G Technical Services at the US DOE National Energy Technology Lab in Albany , Oregon . She works in the Environmental Health & Safety Group and is the chemical inventory and MSDS manager and hazardous waste coordinator. Elizabeth has been working in the hazardous materials and hazardous waste management field since 1998. In previous positions, Elizabeth spent worked for a private spill response contractor as the company environmental scientist. She then founded a consulting and contracting business and spent four years assisting her clients with their hazardous materials management and disposal projects. Elizabeth received her undergratuate degree in Environmental Science at the University of Oregon .
