Safety must garner the same level of expectations as production and quality because "Asking the company to overlook a simple safety violation would be asking the company to compromise its entire attitude toward the value of your life", author unknown. If you are ask to be leaders in safety please remember safety is a team effort and as President, Harry Truman once said; "It's amazing how much you can accomplish when you don't care who gets the credit".
