Since 1981, I've had the distinct pleasure of serving in the Occupational Safety and Health profession in both private, insurance and government organizations.  I've maintained memberships with the "National Safety Council", "American Society of Safety Engineers (Cascade Chapter)" and the "American Public Works Association".  I'm a Past president of our local A.S.S.E. Cascade Chapter and currently the Conference Chair for our upcoming Cascade Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Conference in March of 2008. 

My current career position is Safety Coordinator for Lane County Public Works, where I'm responsible for assisting the organization in the managing of a comprehensive safety and health system.
