The 13th Biennial Cascade Safety & Health Conference It is my sincere pleasure and privilege to invite all folks involved in the preservation of life, property and the environment to attend the 13 th Biennial Cascade Occupational Safety & Health Conference. This Conference is a joint effort between the members of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), Cascade Chapter and the Department of Consumer and Business Services, Occupational Safety and Health Division (Oregon OSHA).
