Safety Manager
Plant Safety Manager Position Available (#19379) February 2008 Title: Safety Manager Degree required: BS Safety or related equivalent Experience required: 5+ years of safety management within a large plant Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 plus bonus (depending on level of experience) Location: Indianapolis , IN area (relocation assistance provided) Our client, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, has an immediate need for Safety Manager for one of their flagship facilities in the Indianapolis area. To be considered for this position, the following criteria must be met:
- 5+ years of experience in Safety in a large plant, unionized environment.
- Food or heavily regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience working with high performance implementation, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Experience in safety compliance and performance, training & development, process safety management, security related processes, management processes, and staffing.
- Must have excellent leadership, planning & execution skills.
- Must have excellent influence and client management skills.
