a) The Safety Management Series is going to require speakers for each session. The program chair will head this effort. Email speaker info to Gretchen Brannon after contacting prospects. 

b) Executive team members to send bios, photos, and other information for website to Wesley.  Sharon Pleu, Gretchen Brannon still need to update their bio & photo.

c) Doug Caven and Mary Lou Wilson will be looking at the STARS Report to determine how best to serve our membership. Complete.

d) David Bogart needs executive committee to vote on previous website promotional policies. Previous policy letter passed out at meeting, email vote by e-com (to David Bogart) due by May 5.

e) Gretchen to provide local business directory to Steve and Elizabeth to increase the distribution list for Cascade Chapter promotion.

a) Chapter to begin collecting information for Chapter Newsletter May 2008. Elizabeth Bartleson to send out email requesting articles covering various topics.

b) Steve to gather information regarding participating in Safety Day at Alton Baker Park on June 21, 2008 . Contact Cinamint Harper, Eugene Fire Department. Completed.

c) Jack Strong ( Douglas County ) is interested in forming a Section of the Cascade Chapter in Roseburg . Mary Lou will talk with Jack Strong about this.

d) Wesley to put email to membership together to announce the safety web forum is available, run email by Mary Lou before sending.

e) Mary Lou to contact Society about getting list of membership numbers for Cascade Chapter to aid in membership access to web forum. Complete.

f) Dues increase proposed by Society. Executive committee quorum needed to vote. Unanimous vote to reject the dues increase proposed by Society.

g) Chapter to possibly participate in Safety Day, June 21, 2008 at Alton Baker Park . Chapter to vote on participation in this event. This is event is aimed at safety in boating and watersports.

h) Chapter participation in upcoming ROC and Leadership conference executive committee voted on by email. Vote result is that chapter will sponsor one person to attend ROC (April 2008), and two people to Leadership (September 2008).

i) Proposal to do quarterly half-day PDC seminars. Topics and schedule to be developed.  David Bogart is going to head the development of these seminars.
