a).June 14th - Roundtable Group Hot Topics discussion and installation of new officers.
b). September 13, 2007 - June 2008 Safety Management System Elements Kickoff & Implementation
c). Previously suggested topics;
1). Doug Perry , Emergency Preparedness Eugene Fire Marshals office.
2). Gary Hyatt with Northwest Natural Gas, "Natural Gas Safety", "Incident rates, what they are and how to use them.

OLD BUSINESS |
a). Dave Bogart will update web site & post link fee rate schedule & send email to those most likely prospects. - This has been tabled until September 2007. Steve Bridges will forward guidelines provided by ASSE national.
b). Sharon Pleu needs the Non-Profit Status certification for Treasurer responsibilities.
c). Wesley Dukes needs the most current By-laws for posting on the web site. (MaryLou will email)
d). Mary Lou will be sending out a summary of the meeting to the CCET for the Program Brainstorming Session held at Monaco.
e). MaryLou will forward approved by Law to Wesley Dukes for posting on the web site.
f). Officers and members are encouraged to bring door prizes for the General Meeting.
g). Starting in September 2007 the monthly General Meeting will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month with the Officers Meeting held directly afterward at the Sizzler Restaurant. The Sizzler Restaurant Manager has scheduled us for that block for the next year.
h). Elizabeth Bartleson will draft a membership promotion letter will be drafted and presented for review at the next meeting it will be mailed to local businesses, SAIF, OR-OSHA, Liberty Insurance, etc.

a). President: Not Present
b). Vice President: Mary Lou report on ROC Conference see below.
c).Treasurer: Current balance is close to $22,829.06
d). Member At Large: Present - no report
e). Secretary: Present- completed & emailed 4/12/7 meeting minutes. Next month Wesley Dukes will distribute them.
f). Government Affairs: Present
g). Membership Chair: nothing to report.
h). Conference Committee Chair: Present & reported that the conference planning meeting had resolved several issues and was moving forward as planned. See Conference Planning Meeting Minutes for details.

NEW BUSINESS |
a).Dave Bogart & Wesley Dukes will continue to update and finish construction of the new web site. Members & guests can send news & announcements to Wesley Dukes at wdukes@dwbogart.com
b). ROC Pacific Rim conference was attended by Mary Lou 4/16/07 then fly to OWAHU for 4/17/18/07 for ROC meeting. Mary Lou had several items to report:
- ROC dues increase of .50 + $1.75=$2.25. Sharon Pleu to investigate & correspond.
- Members can choose online which chapter they want to belong to.
- Need to check Membership lists each month to confirm & follow up as needed.
- Terrie Norris requesting of National to inform the Chapters of member changes.
- Doug Caven & letter written. Standard Operating Guidelines, to act as one voice as will of the majority. All funds to go to ROC. Make sure all tiers are informed.
- ASSE Leadership Conference is there to teach attendees how to run a chapter MaryLou and possibly Duane Grange will attend. Should attend 2 ROC meetings per year. chapter to pay for travel & hotel.
- Can investigate activities by checking www.asse-ROC1.org they have a tutorial on PayPal.
- They also have a speakers bureau.
- ROC1 usually sponsors event to socialize.
- 2008 PDC to be held in Las Vegas Mary Lou may attend.
- Arrowhead Chapter folded $13,000.00 was turned over to ROC1.
- ASSE to prepare an Affiliations Agreement to keep them from being required to bail out mismanaged Chapters
- Goals & Strategies - Build a Road Map to piggy back the National Strategies on to meet these goals.
- MaryLou want to create better value for the membership.

GENERAL MEETING |
a) Oregon's 2006 Injuries & Fatalities - An OSHA Perspective with Bruce Phillips & Mike Patterson from OR-OSHA.
b). The officer nominating committee met directly after the 4/12/7 General Meeting and nominated the following officers and chairs for the 2007/2008 year. President: Mary Lou Wilson, Vice-President: Duane Grange, Member At Large: John Nagy, Treasurer: Sharon Pleu, Secretary: Elizabeth Bartleson, Membership Chair: Steve Bridges, Governmental Affairs: Dave Bogart, Program Chair: Gretchen Brannon, Conference Chair: Steve Nichols.
