Whether nanomaterials possess unique toxicity profiles with potential safety hazards is currently unclear. This knowledge gap has led to uncertainty among users of nanomaterials as to what should be done to reduce potential risks to those in the workforce - including technicians, scientists, maintenance workers, and others - who are engaged in processes where they might come into contact with these materials.

This Webinar will present ideas for proactive development of SHE programs for addressing the potential risks and suggest ideas for the collection of information concerning nanomaterials processes and workers.
